What we collect
When you send a request through a form on this website, we receive your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, how you would like us to contact you, your pet's name and whether it is a dog or a cat, your message, and your agreement to this policy. We also record the page you sent it from, the language of that page and, if you arrived through a link with campaign tags, those tags.
When you call, email or message us, we receive what you choose to tell us.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your request and to contact you about it in the way you choose. We do not use them for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
The clinic staff who answer requests, and the companies that provide services to us: Vinahost, which hosts this website on a server in Vietnam; Microsoft 365, which handles our email and which Microsoft stores outside Vietnam; and Zalo, if you ask us to contact you on Zalo. We share your details with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Requests sent through the website's forms are deleted from the website after 180 days. If you become a client of the clinic, the details we need to look after your pet are kept in the clinic's customer records.
Cookies and other websites
This website places no cookies on your device while you browse it. A video on this website loads from YouTube only when you press play; YouTube then receives information about your visit. Links to Google Maps and other websites take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection, you can ask to know what personal data we hold about you, to see it, to correct it or to have it deleted, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to hanoipets@asvelis.com.
