How to book a stay

  1. Ask for your dates

Call the clinic or send a request with your dates, your pet's species, breed and age, and the dates of its last vaccinations. Ask early for Tết and the summer. You can visit the kennel or the cattery first, by appointment.

  2. We confirm

We check the cattery or the kennel and confirm your dates. Nothing is booked until we do.

  3. Bring your pet

Cats come to the clinic. Bring your dog to the kennel, or ask us to collect it. Bring its vaccination record, any medicine with its instructions, and a favourite toy or its basket if you like.

  4. While your pet is with us

We send you news and photos during the stay, and your pet can be groomed before it comes home.

    Grooming

Before the stay

Your pet needs to be vaccinated and protected against fleas, ticks and worms before it stays with us. Our veterinarians are confirming the exact requirements; until then, call us and we tell you what your pet needs. If it is not up to date, book that first:
