Emergency?
0912 754 305Diagnostics & treatment
A veterinarian is on call every night and every Sunday. Call the emergency line. The veterinarian will advise you by phone and arrange a visit if your pet needs to be seen.
Not sure it’s an emergency? Call anyway.
Follow the veterinarian’s advice about whether to bring your pet to the clinic. During opening hours you can also come straight in, but it is best to call first.
Pain can make even a gentle pet bite or scratch. Move it as little as you can: a cat in its carrier or a box with air holes, an injured dog on a blanket or a firm board.
If your pet may have swallowed something harmful, bring the packaging or a photo of it. Please don’t give human medicines or try to make your pet vomit unless the veterinarian asks you to.
Tell the team what happened and what the veterinarian advised by phone. The team will explain the next steps.
When a pet is seriously ill, it can stay at the clinic for treatment. Care is planned case by case and may include regular checks, a drip and injections. While your pet is with us, the team keeps you updated and arranges visits with you.
